Gabrielle is a culinary producer and educator currently based in NYC. She has 6 years of experience as a creative and digital producer. Over the past year, she has graduated from the Institute of Culinary Education through the Health Supportive Culinary Arts program (formerly the Natural Gourmet Institute). She works on recipe development, catering, culinary production and styling, and culinary education. She grew up in a small town in central Pennsylvania called Jersey Shore, and loves hiking, skiing, and fly fishing any time she can get out of the city.

Culinary art direction for food styling on set including plating, props, and preparation. Can be applied to events and pop-ups as well - including florals, tableware, and decor. Full production capabilities include budgeting, timelines, casting, art direction and scripting.
Creative resource for building and developing recipes including cross-testing recipes, consultation, and menu building. Highlighting plant-based or vegan recipes, or recipes that are aiming to be transformed into plant based.
Cooking lessons and educational opportunities with an emphasis on plant-based ingredients and seasonal produce. A focus on healing foods and simplicity. Available for hosting opportunities including live events and videos, scripted series, interviews, and podcasts.
